VW Transporter plywood floor. CNC cut 12mm.

1 piece SWB and LWB floors in stock so can usually be collected same day as ordering. 

Only fits the VW Transporter T5, T5.1, T6 & T6.1 vans (2003 to present day) with bulkhead the removed.

These are the same high quality panels we use in our own conversions, the fit is perfect. 

The floor is 12mm thick and designed to be bonded or screwed down. The single piece floor requires no battening beneath it, for this reason we preferer to use a single piece floor (bonded down with PU adhesive or silicone) when possible. We bond our floors down with Masterseal Speedbond hybrid MS adhesive

Note: The one piece floor actually has a separate tiny filler section approx. 70x250mm by the rear wheel arch to aid fitting. 

The bulkhead must be removed for this floor to fit.

The back of your van would ideally need to be empty so we can get the floor in without damaging anything!
