Our "Standard Tracked" postal options use 24/48 tracked couriers.
Orders below £100 will have a postage cost from £3.99 to £8.99 depending on the items weight and size.
£8.99 is the maximum postage cost regardless of the order size for UK mainland deliveries.
Orders over £100 receive free UK mainland postage.
Shipping options and fees (only for orders below £100) are automatically calculated at checkout, however, in some cases we may need to adjust to your shipping method (e.g, if your items exceed the courier’s insurance cover or shipping capabilities), and in this instance we will contact you to discuss any changes.
Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and The Isle Of Mann do not qualify for our free postage offer.
A postage fee of £3.99 for Royal Mail Small Parcels upto 2kg or £10.99 for Royal Mail Medium Parcels upto 10kg will be automatically applied to orders to the regions listed above regardless of the order value.
Unfortunatly, items bigger than Royal Mail Medium Parcel and/or 10kg cannot be posted to the regions listed above and will result in an error shown at checkout.
Surcharges may also be included for postcodes in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight and Scottish postal codes AB, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, BT, HS, ZE, IM, TR, FK.
(deliveries to these areas may also take an additional 1-3 days to arrive).
Any potential local handling, carrier/courier clearance fees, or excise duties must be paid by the buyer (recipient)
For Scottish Highland deliveries we will contact you should there be any additional shipping fees, or you can contact us with your address prior to making the purchase.
Pallet Deliveries
Pallet deliveries are classed as "doorstep" deliveries. Drivers are not usually insured or able to assist with anything further than the initial delivery, this includes but is not limited to:
- Moving your pallet into your property
- Moving your pallet across obstacles including stairs, walls, and doors.
- Removing your product from the pallet itself
- Taking away and disposing of the pallet
We recommend waiting for your goods to arrive before making bookings for any installation. While it is our intention for deliveries to arrive on time, complete, and undamaged, unfortunately sometimes errors do occur. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, and we cannot be held liable for any additional costs that are incurred due to late, damaged, or incomplete deliveries.
